blades from heel

at

all times, keeping

the

cutting

edges close

together

has been found

y successful when

cutting

fine tex-

fabrics like

rayon

silk.

The

Wiss Simplex

Bolt

was designed so as

to

readily allow

tailors·

shears

to

be

taken

apart

to

remove lint

and

dust

which

collects

under

the

bolt.

It

has only

two

parts

and

is

quickly

and

correctly assembled.

There

are no levers

or

springs,

and

a

turn

of

the

small

adjusting

screw in

the

nut

gives exactly

the

required tension.
